Kerilee Snatenchuk, in her role as Director of People and Culture, has developed and implemented foundational strategies around physical and mental health, as well as diversity and inclusion at ATB Financial. She has certification in mental health leadership, indigenous awareness and agile product ownership.

She has participated as a speaker at the International Association of Business Communicators Global Conference on communicating diversity and inclusion in organizations. Ms. Snatenchuk has also shared her expertise in workplace mental health as a panelist at a number of mental health conferences.

Her ultimate goal is to ensure that team members achieve a holistic view of their wellness and are able to bring their true selves to an inclusive work environment every day. In turn, this environment creates a space for team members to deliver their most outstanding work.
