Monika Mielnik

Monika Mielnik is an experienced senior human resources professional. With Bell for over 15 years, Monika has managed complex strategic programs under the Bell Let's Talk Workplace Health pillar and Bell's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy. She is passionate and dedicated to developing and driving initiatives that create and sustain an inclusive and supportive workplace culture. Monika uses her consulting expertise and leadership skills to build effective partnerships to influence, elevate and evolve Bell's strategy across the organization.

Amongst other certifications, Monika is a Project Management Professional, a Psychological Health Safety Advisor and is completing her Executive MBA in Social Enterprise Leadership from University of Fredericton. Monika also serves on the technical committee for the Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace standard (CAN/CSA-Z1003-13/BNQ 9700-803/2013).
