Mental health, resilience and COVID-related mental distress among working Canadians

Key Findings:

  • Two-thirds of employed Canadians (68%) say their employer has been supportive of their mental health needs. Meanwhile, A fifth (23%) describe their employers as not supportive.

  • Close to three-quarters (72%) of those working from home or temporarily laid off say their employer is supportive of their mental health needs related to their return to work.
