Carolyn Everson, MBA
President, The Everson Company
Carolyn Everson is President of The Everson Company Inc., bringing over 35 years of consulting experience in strategic planning, organizational design and development, change management, board governance, and executive coaching. Her career as a management consultant began in 1988 and includes roles with Woods Gordon Management Consultants, The Coopers & Lybrand Consulting Group, and Patterson Kirk Wallace, before founding The Everson Company in 1993.
Carolyn works with clients to develop compelling visions and corporate goals, define effective strategies, and align organizational priorities, structures, systems, culture, and skills to achieve meaningful results. She is known for her ability to engage customers, employees, and other stakeholders purposefully and to move organizations beyond recommendations toward successful implementation.
Her governance experience is reflected in extensive volunteer leadership, including recently completing her term as Vice Chair of the National Board of Kids Help Phone and Chair of its Nominating and Governance Committee. She has also served as Chair of the Board of Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and is currently Co-Chair of the Board of Lets Grow Hub in Toronto.
